Angstrom's Warehouse Harbor was his base of operations to stage his universal plan of saving all realties from anything bad and it's where he so tragically became the monster that he is.

Mauler Twins learn of other more than one Angstrom Levy.
Angstrom had discovered this harbor at an unknown period within the 21st century, he had established this place as a hideout for his alternate selves to learn about each other. After freeing the Mauler Twins from the prison, he sent them to his warehouse harbor and his device that based on the Mauler specifications, he would also show the duo his abilities to transport to different universes, including his alternate selves to the Mauler Twins.

At night the machine used to transfer knowledge of all of the universes he came from activated, and began to feel the multitude of realities, however Invincible arrived and began to fight the Mauler Twins, forcing Angstrom to summon other Mauler Twins that brutalized Invincible to death, forcing Angstrom to not only sever the connect of the knowledge of his alternate selves, but also causing the machine to explode, and with it the harbor was destroyed as well. In the wreckage, Invincible, one Mauler, and Angstrom all survived, the Guardians and GDA would also arrive too late, but commenced an investigation to see any loose are left.
