Polly was the true biological mother of Atom Eve, though the latter did not know this until after discovering her powers and being targeted by the government. When Eve did learn the truth and that Adam & Betsy were not her true parents, this left her briefly stunned though she quickly realized that how much sense it made.
Upon discovering that Polly was alive though in horrific condition and clinically brain dead, she was visibly shocked and distraught at the sight of what had happened to her mother. Once her mother was accidentally killed along with Brandyworth by Erickson, this enraged Atom Eve and temporarily removed the mental blocks put over her powers.
After the event and the one that followed where she fought with her adoptive parents, Atom Eve retreated to her bedroom visibly upset and changed a photo of her with Adam and Betsy, to one of her with an ideal imagination of what her real family looked like with Polly included.
Adam & Betsy[]
Adam and Samantha have a rocky relationship, with Adam being hostile to her desire to work as a humanitarian hero, having stated that the worst day in his life when when her powers manifested. Betsy on the other hand, tries her best to understand and cope with Eve's decisions, and two have a good relationship, but Betsy is more loyal to Adam at times, and doesn't often stand for herself often, or giving Eve a lot of motivation.

Invincible[]
Invincible and Eve fly in the sky.
Invincible was one of Atom Eve first real super hero friends outside the teen team, they used to go to the same high school at the time, and because their similar cares for human life and usage of powers would be able to talk to each other for comfort.
At time there was something more than a friendship, when Invincible and Eve had a moment from Doc Scesmic and Eve tried to kiss him but Invincible had to leave, even feeling somewhat sad when witnessing him and Amber make love, but still gave him happiness.
In Season 3, Invincible and Eve started dating after Cecil's ReAnimen and weaponized earpiece almost killed him. Because the thought he could think of was her. He said what he feels for Eve wasn't a crush, but real feeling for her.
