On her twelfth birthday, after meeting with Dr. Elias Brandyworth, Eve Wilkins took him to a Burger Mart restaurant where they bonded over lunch and he revealed to her, her true origins.
Season 1[]
Before his life as a superhero, Mark Grayson worked part-time at a Burger Mart restaurant during his high school years, all in order to get enough money to buy Seance Dog comic books. In "It's About Time", while taking out the trash, Mark's superpowers finally came when he threw one of them into orbit.
In "That Actually Hurt", having had enough of his boss's abuse of power, Mark decided to quit his job and threw his uniform on the head of his boss, Mr. Sayer. Before he could scold Mark again, an employee then complains that there is a rat in the mayonnaise again.
Season 2[]
In "In About Six Hours, I Lose My Virginity to a Fish", Eve Wilkins discovered that her father, Adam Wilkins got himself a job in a Burger Mart restaurant, after losing his decades long job at his furniture store, due to the destruction caused by Omni-Man and Invincible's battle.
In "This Missive, This Machination!", Rudy and Amanda had their first date at a Burger Mart restaurant, where Rudy finally experienced the joys of eating their menu for the first time in his life.
Season 3[]
In "You're Not Laughing Now", Eve Wilkins revealed that her father Adam resigned from Burger Mart, as he found a new place of employment at a new furniture store.
In "All I Can Say Is I'm Sorry", Invincible, Atom Eve, and Oliver took down the Elephant when he was attacking a Burger Mart restaurant in Chicago. Later, they ate the meals while on a break.
In "What Have I Done?", a Burger Mart eatery was one of the many decimated locations by the Evil Invincibles.

- Burger Mart is also references to fast-food Burger King.
- It is most likely inspired by Big Belly Burger, a similar fictional fast-food chain in the DC Comics universe parodying Big Boy.
- On a billboard, it is shown that Burger Mart is serving Daily Breakfast from 6-10:45 AM.
- In each and every one of Invincible’s Season Teasers, the Burger Mart setting is primarily used, with Mark and another particular character sitting in a table, enjoying the food and having a conversation.
