The Flaxan Invasion is a localized event after a critical inciting incident in Invincible Season 1. This event involved an alien army from another dimension to invade Earth. With the Guardians out of commission, a group of young heroes known as the Teen Team comes to stop them alongside a new superhero known as Invincible.
This invasion is attempted a total of three times and each time, the Flaxans were defeated and sent back to their dimension. Initially, the Flaxans would retreat because of a slower temporal rate on Earth compared to their dimension which would cause them to rapidly age. They were eventually able to circumvent the problem as well as develop various other countermeasures against their opponents which made each invasion attempt harder to repel than the one before.
At the end of the third invasion, Omni-Man would follow the Flaxans back to their dimension and completely decimate it. He would destroy their whole world and kill numerous Flaxans before returning to Earth. Following this, the Flaxans are seen in their dimension sometime later, rebuilding their cities while also plotting revenge on Omni-Man and the Earth.

- This is the first actual city like attacks in the series.
- In the comics, the Flaxan Invasion happened only once before Omni-Man followed them back and destroyed their dimension, instead of three times.
- It is currently unknown that it may start the Flaxan Invasion (two times as the fourth and fifth) with the new leader of the Flaxan in the fifth will adapted in the series, as the comic does a third and fourth time after the Viltrumite War.
