Gogglesvincible[1] is an evil variant of the main Invincible and a supporting antagonist in the third season of the series. Much like most other alternate versions of Invincible, he in one way or another became a supervillain.
Gogglesvincible was one of the variants of Invincible who would be assembled by Angstrom Levy to start the Invincible War in the mainstream dimension.
Appearance[]
This Invincible's costume looks like the signature blue & yellow costume but with a more "retro" look. The blue looks visibly darker and the yellow is much more paper then usual, his goggles are a lot bigger (hence the name "Gogglesible") There is a yellow mask-like design wrapping around the sides of his face, connected to his goggles and have a nose bridge, while leaving his forehead exposed. His legs are blue, the blue outlines the yellow "i" in his torso and continues down the legs in the same solid blue. His sides, underarms, and biceps are black. He wears blue boots, and his fingertips and forehead are exposed.
Personality[]
Gogglesvincible was a ruthless and sadistic variant of the mainstream Invincible, enjoying the destruction and death he caused. He is more calm and collected than other variants. Unlike some of his more aggressive brethren, he speaks in a cold, deadly monotone, similar to the first evil Invincible.
History[]
Backstory[]
Nothing is known about Gogglesvincible's backstory, other than that he managed to kill Rex Splode in his dimension and was aware that Robot was merely a series of drones being operated by a deformed human.
Invincible War[]
Gogglesvincible was one of the Invincible variants who would be assembled by Angstrom Levy to start the Invincible War and attack the mainstream dimension. He arrived in the mainstream universe through Angstrom's portal alongside the other variants, and immediately proceeded to destroy everything in sight.

Gogglesvincible tries to locate the real Robot.
Gogglesvincible would battle Robot, Monster Girl, Bulletproof and the mainstream Rex Splode in Teen Team's base. During the fight, he managed injured Monster Girl and Rex Splode, leaving both incapacitated with Bulletproof struggling to fend him off. Gogglesvincible destroyed all of Robot's drones while trying to find the real one inside, and was surprised when this was revealed to be a normal young man, rather than a highly deformed one. The trio retreats while Rex Splode was left behind to face off against Gogglesvincible.

Gogglesvincible sees Rex "covering" his wound.
Rex desperately throws whatever explosive he can, managing to injure him and leave his left goggle broken. Largely unscathed by this last stand, Gogglesvincible grabs Rex by the throat, and cruelly states that he will kill Rex, and then hunt down his companions and kill them too. As a last-ditch effort, Rex slides a hand inside a wound in his own body, and detonates his entire skeleton. The colossal explosion immediately kills them both; Gogglesvincible only able to give a shocked look before perishing.
Legacy[]

Gogglesvincible’s death.
Gogglesvincible's role in the Invincible War had tremendous repercussions on the mainstream dimensions. Entire cities and countries were reduced to rubble while numerous lives were lost. Rex's selfless sacrifice to ensure his demise would also deeply affect the other heroes.
Powers and Abilities[]
Powers[]
- Viltrumite-Human Physiology: Gogglesvincible possesses all the powers of his main timeline counterpart. He is a Human-Viltrumite hybrid, though his Viltrumite genes overshadow his Human genes, making him almost a pure-blooded Viltrumite.
- Decelerated Aging: Gogglesvincible possesses an exceptionally prolonged lifespan due to his biology, which causes him to age increasingly slower over time. This decelerated aging allows him to maintain peak health, physical conditioning, and combat performance far beyond the natural limits of most beings.
- Dominant Genes: Viltrumites genetics are incredibly potent and adaptive. Gogglesvincible, like others of his kind, can reproduce with a wide range of species, with his Viltrumite DNA overwhelmingly asserting itself in the offspring. As a result, the child will typically inherit predominantly Viltrumite traits, often appearing and functioning almost entirely as a Viltrumite. The more genetically compatible the mate’s species is, the faster and more reliably the offspring will manifest the full range of standard Viltrumite abilities.
- Flight: Due a complex balancing system located in his inner ears, Gogglesvincible possesses the ability to levitate and propel himself through the air at will, capable of reaching extreme speeds. He can effortlessly alter his trajectory mid-flight, allowing for sharp turns, sudden stops, and precise aerial maneuvering. His control enables seamless navigation through a wide range of environments.
- Superhuman Strength: Gogglesvincible possesses immense physical strength, easily capable of lifting and pressing several tons. In his home reality, he demonstrated his lethal power by killing his Rex Splode. During the Invincible War, Gogglesvincible battled several members of the Teen Team, including Robot, Monster Girl, Bulletproof, and the main universe’s Rex Splode. He managed to injure them, destroy a majority of Robot’s drones, and later effortlessly overpowered Bulletproof, showcasing his incredible strength in combat.
- Nigh-Invulnerability: Gogglesvincible possesses extraordinary durability, making his body incredibly resilient to a vast array of attacks. He can endure nearly any assault without sustaining significant damage, including explosions, bullets, and powerful energy-based assaults. His physical resilience allows him to endure harsh environments, even surviving in the vacuum of space without issue. During the Invincible War, he effortlessly endured most of the Teen Team’s assaults, including direct hits from Rex Splode’s explosives, though they appeared to affect him slightly. Despite his resilience, Gogglesvincible’s durability had its limits, he ultimately perished when Rex Splode detonated his entire endo-skeleton in a final act of sacrifice, killing them both and illustrating that Gogglesvincible was one of the weaker variants compared to the main Invincible.
- Superhuman Speed: Gogglesvincible can move at incredible velocities, easily traversing the globe in mere minutes. His heightened reaction time grants him a powerful advantage in high-speed combat. During the Invincible War, he was able to overwhelm Bulletproof with a flurry of strikes before the hero could react. However, prior to their clash, Bulletproof had successfully blindsided Gogglesvincible while he was momentarily distracted, indicating that while fast, Gogglesvincible is still vulnerable when caught off-guard.
- Reactive Adaptation: Gogglesvincible is instinctual and in short periods of time able to improve. The more he struggles, the more his physical strength, speed, and durability progressively will augment in correlation with the level of adversity he faces or the severity of injuries he recovers from.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Gogglesvincible possesses an incredible healing factor, allowing his body to recover from injuries in mere minutes or, at most, within a few days. His regenerative abilities enable him to heal broken bones, torn muscles, damaged organs, and even regrow lost body parts without any lasting effects. This healing ability is highly dependent on the severity of the injury. Additionally, Gogglesvincible is virtually immune to most illnesses and contaminants, making him highly resistant to various environmental and biological threats.
- Superhuman Lung Capacity: Gogglesvincible possesses extraordinary lung capacity, allowing him to survive without air for extended periods. This ability enables him to operate unhindered in oxygen-deprived environments, such as the vacuum of space without protection.
- Superhuman Senses: Gogglesvincible possesses extraordinary sensory abilities, far exceeding human limitations. His auditory perception allows him to hear sounds from great distances with incredible clarity, enabling him to detect even the faintest noises and selectively ignore irrelevant ones. His vision is equally advanced, providing him with the ability to see distant objects with the same sharpness and detail as though they were right in front of him. Additionally, his heightened equilibrium and balance grant him exceptional poise and stability, allowing him to maintain control and coordination in even the most difficult situations.
- Superhuman Stamina: Gogglesvincible can sustain physical exertion for prolonged periods of time without showing any signs of exhaustion. He can likewise endure some of the most grievous of injuries that would instantly kill a human, excluding too much harm to his heart or brain.
Weaknesses[]
- Excessively High Frequency: High-frequency noise can have harmful effects on the ears of Viltrumites. It disturbs their balance, restricts their flying capability, induces severe pain, and could potentially lead to their death. The frequency's intensity dictates the degree of pain felt.
- Extreme Force: Even though Viltrumites rank among the universe's mightiest, they are not entirely invincible. Viltrumites are vulnerable to entities with comparable or superior strength.
