Human(s) are a species native to Earth and the planet's predominant intelligent life form.
History[]
Civilization[]
Humans developed the first civilizations around 5000 years ago, and later developed through multiple stages. In the present era civilization has developed cities and towns using primarily resources from their planet and machinery they have created. Some groups of people within human civilization have much for advanced technology, as evident by the Global Defense Agency.
Early Heroes[]
The first known superhero to arise on earth was The Immortal during the world wars, even though The Immortal has been around long before this time only not using his powers in the way he did when he was a superhero. Later on the Global Defense Agency, likely inspired by The Immortal, attempted to develope superpowered individuals to become heroes for the world, this project led to the creation of multiple of the current heroes. After the Global Defence Agencies superhero projects many more superpowered individuals began to arise, the reason for this is possibly from the GDA's experiments but is widely unknown.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Intelligence: One of humanity's defining characteristic traits. Most humans are of average intelligence. In uncommon or rare cases, some may fall within the far ends of the bell curve-- from slow/impaired to gifted, genius, or even super-genius. Whereas those who possess the latter are capable of, to name a few crafting highly advanced technology, manipulating/outwitting beings far more powerful than they are, or even beings with comparable intellect.
- Indomitable Will: Evident in some humans, and highly depends and varies between individuals.
Weakness[]
- Human Physiology: Humans, in comparison to other entities (aliens, super-beings, paranormal creatures) are mentally and/or physiologically weak and can be killed or gravely injured by any means.
Trivia[]
- Interestingly, humans share a great deal of genetic similarity with Viltrumites, to the extent that a Human/Viltrumite hybrid is nearly genetically identical to a full-blooded Viltrumite and will ultimately become equally powerful. Furthermore, their blood is of the same red hue.
- Much like the Thraxans (aside from the superpowered individuals), they are among the frailest species in the universe.
