The Infinity Ray is the personal signature weapon of the Space Racer. Known to be more powerful than most planetary weapons, as it can destroy entire armies, even suns, as well as fatally wound Viltrumites.

Background[]

At a certain time, Space Racer obtained or developed the Infinity Ray, a potent weapon capable of penetrating armies and mighty beings in the cosmos. Long ago, before the contemporary era, Space Racer was in outer space, escaping from a vast army of extraterrestrial beings. He shot his Infinity Ray, which pierced through them and their sun; somehow, he managed to survive.

During his time in space, both his name and weapon have been mentioned and circulated across the galaxy, particularly dreaded by the Viltrum Empire. He is recognized throughout the galaxy, with Allen stating that he is renowned because it remains uncertain whether he existed or was simply an urban legend.
