Kevin is one of the victims of Machine Head’s plans.
Kevin along with Rose and other families who live in the block owned by Machine Head, are innocent victims of Machine Head plans to burn their apartment for insurance money.
Kevin asks Titan if they ever did something to him. Rose stands behind Kevin asking him to leave Titan alone. He starts to sweat when Titan approaches him, Rose and the other families and tells them that there's a place on Third and Parklake, saying that they will put them up for a few weeks and offer them some cash money.
