Maskvincible is a supporting antagonist in Invincible, debuting from Season 3 and onwards.
He is an alternate version of the main Invincible from another universe. Maskvincible was one of the variants of Invincible who would be assembled by Angstrom Levy to start the Invincible War in the mainstream dimension. In the aftermath, he and his variants, who survived the war, were later banished to the Wasteland Dimension after turning on Angstrom for failing to uphold his end of their deal.
Appearance[]
Maskvincible wears suit that covers his whole body. It has black boots and no kneel pads, and black mask entirely covers his head with white goggles.
Personality[]
Maskvincible joined his variants in attacking the mainstream Earth, showing no qualms with causing mass destruction and loss of life.
However, he differed significantly from his counterparts. While displaying a willingness to inflict destruction, he retained a deep affection for his deceased mother, fondness of his past, and a generally gentler disposition. He reminisced about the family home and playing catch with his father.
Maskvincible would also recoil from the other variants' relentless ambition for conquest. While most of his comrades are motivated by the promise of expanding their empires across dimensions, he was motivated by the chance of seeing his mother again. This internal conflict was further highlighted by his selfish desire to abduct the mainstream Debbie, revealing a complex character driven by both lingering familial love and self-serving impulses, a blend of villainy and a surprising, if flawed, humanity.
History[]
Background[]
Maskvincible's history enjoyed a similar childhood as the mainstream Invincible, including playing catch with his father Nolan.
After taking the alter-ego of Invincible, Maskvincible embraced his Viltrumite heritage and became a supervillain. At some point, his mother, Debbie, died.
Invincible War[]
Angstrom Levy promised Maskvincible that he could see his mother again if he went along with his plan to torment and defame the mainstream Invincible by devastating his Earth.
Maskvincible was deployed into the mainstream universe through Angstrom's portal alongside the other variants and proceeded to destroy everything in sight. The Invincible War lasted for three days. By the end of the third day, Maskvincible, along with the remaining variants, rendezvous to meet Angstrom Levy at the Grayson House.

Maskvincible reveals his reason of being in the war.
The remaining eight variants, including Maskvincible, meet over their old house. Omni-Invincible expressing out that he hates coming back to this house, though Maskvincible disagrees, telling him that not all of them had killed their Debbie and expresses his fondness for the home. Angstrom eventually arrives and orders the variants to bring the mainstream Invincible to him so that he can pay him back face to face. However, most of them refuse to follow orders anymore, demanding that Angstrom hold up his end of the deal. Maskvincible notes that his deal was different from the others; whereas they wished to conquer other dimensions, Angstrom promised Maskvincible that he would be able to find the Debbie of the mainstream dimension and bring her back to his. Mohawk Invincible obnoxiously makes fun of him for missing his "mommy" and Maskvincible exclaims that they are all the same person, and he surely cannot be the only one. The variants share glances, and Unmasked Invincible even admits he misses the William of his dimension. Nonetheless, the variants all still turn on Angstrom Levy. Before any of them could do anything, however, Angstrom opens his portals, startling them long enough for him to summon his drones which push them all through and send them into the desolate, wasteland dimension.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Hybrid Viltrumite Physiology: Maskvincible possesses all the powers of his main timeline counterpart. He is a Human-Viltrumite hybrid, though his Viltrumite genes overshadow his Human genes, making him almost a pure-blooded Viltrumite.
- Decelerated Aging: Maskvincible possesses an extraordinary lifespan. This stems from his body gradually aging slower the longer he lives. From this, it allows him to retain his health, vitality, conditioning, performance, and youthful appearance that much longer, potentially able to live for thousands of years and still be in his prime.
- Dominant Genes: Viltrumites genetics are incredibly potent and adaptive. Maskvincible, like others of his kind, can reproduce with a wide range of species, with his Viltrumite DNA overwhelmingly asserting itself in the offspring. As a result, the child will typically inherit predominantly Viltrumite traits, often appearing and functioning almost entirely as a Viltrumite. The more genetically compatible the mate’s species is, the faster and more reliably the offspring will manifest the full range of standard Viltrumite abilities.
- Flight: Due to a complex balancing system located in his inner ears, Maskvincible possesses the ability to levitate and propel himself through the air at will, capable of reaching extreme speeds. He can effortlessly alter his trajectory mid-flight, allowing for sharp turns, sudden stops, and precise aerial maneuvering. His control enables seamless navigation through a wide range of environments.
- Superhuman Strength: Maskvincible possesses immense physical strength, easily capable of lifting and pressing several tons. In his alternate reality, he displayed his brutal resolve by murdering his own father, Nolan Grayson, in retaliation for the death of his mother. During the Invincible War, Maskvincible unleashed widespread destruction across Sydney, Australia, leaving much of the city in ruins. Like the other seven surviving variants, he was eventually captured and exiled to the Wasteland Universe, where his ultimate fate remains unknown.
- Nigh-Invulnerability: Maskvincible possesses extraordinary durability, making his body incredibly resilient to a vast array of attacks. He can endure nearly any assault without sustaining significant damage, including explosions, bullets, and powerful energy-based assaults. His physical resilience allows him to endure harsh environments, even surviving in the vacuum of space without issue. A prime example of this durability was seen after the Invincible War, where he emerged seemingly unharmed despite the catastrophic events surrounding him.
- Superhuman Speed: Maskvincible can move at incredible velocities, easily traversing the globe in mere minutes. His heightened reaction time grants him a decisive edge in high-speed combat situations.
- Reactive Adaptation: Maskvincible exhibits remarkable resilience and adaptability, displaying a propensity for continual growth and improvement throughout his lifespan. His physical strength, speed, and durability progressively augment in correlation with the level of adversity he faces or the severity of injuries he recovers from. Moreover, his combat experience fosters an innate ability to assimilate knowledge and insights from past encounters, enabling him to refine his tactics and enhance his efficiency in subsequent engagements.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Maskvincible possesses an incredible healing factor, allowing his body to recover from injuries in mere minutes or, at most, within a few days. His regenerative abilities enable him to heal broken bones, torn muscles, damaged organs, and even regrow lost body parts without any lasting effects. This healing ability is highly dependent on the severity of the injury. Additionally, Maskvincible is virtually immune to most illnesses and contaminants, making him highly resistant to various environmental and biological threats.
- Superhuman Lung Capacity: Maskvincible possesses extraordinary lung capacity, allowing him to survive without air for extended periods. This ability enables him to operate unhindered in oxygen-deprived environments, such as the vacuum of space without protection.
- Superhuman Senses: Maskvincible possesses extraordinary sensory abilities, far exceeding human limitations. His auditory perception allows him to hear sounds from great distances with incredible clarity, enabling him to detect even the faintest noises and selectively ignore irrelevant ones. His vision is equally advanced, providing him with the ability to see distant objects with the same sharpness and detail as though they were right in front of him. Additionally, his heightened equilibrium and balance grant him exceptional poise and stability, allowing him to maintain control and coordination in even the most difficult situations.
- Superhuman Stamina: Maskvincible can sustain physical exertion for prolonged periods of time without showing any signs of exhaustion. He can likewise endure some of the most grievous of injuries that would instantly kill a human, excluding too much harm to his heart or brain. He can go for several weeks without sleep or sustenance unhindered.

Trivia[]
- Due to his resemblance with Spider-Man, he is sometimes called "Spider-Mark"[1] by fans.
- Maskvincible's desire to find the variant of his mother from mainstream dimension and take her back to his dimension is similar to Wilson Fisk from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Scarlet Witch from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness from Marvel Studios. Both also lost family close to them and thought they could take still living variants of them from another universe.
- This is the 16th evil Invincible to appear in the series.
- Maskvincible is never shown fighting any heroes in the show. In the comics, he fought Kid Omni-Man briefly. During their fight, Maskvincible told Oliver that he would have to "earn" the "O" on his costume. This would imply that he had some level of respect for Omni-Man.
- There's a theory that Maskvincible convinced Capevincible that he was actually a mirage, which is why he didn't eat him and thus survived. Fans explain this by the fact that in the comics, one dead body was missing/overlooked, and the fact that Capevincible was already crazy enough to perceive people as a mirage (as he did with the main Invincible), which Maskvincible took advantage of and convinced him that he was a mirage. In any case, this theory (or even correctly to call it just a hypothesis) has no real proof or evidence; the context of the situation makes it clear that no one except Capevincible and Movincihawk survived in the Wasteland Dimension in the comics, and the missing element in the form of Maskvincible's dead body can be attributed to a banal mistake (or even laziness) of the artists.
