Pre-Viltrumite War

Mokk was among the council member of the Coalition of Planets who were discussing over the recent attack on the planet that joined the Coalition of Planets not too long ago. He was also very skeptical over Invincible's rebellion on the Viltrium Empire as he doesn't believe Allen The Alien's story. But he and every other members listens as Thaedus addresses Mark's refusal to join the Empire as a sign that the Viltrumites are not as unstoppable as they were made to believe and have a chance of being beaten.
