The Murder of the Guardians of the Globe is a critical inciting incident of Invincible, where Omni-Man lured the guardians to a deathtrap within their base of operations.
The Call[]
While each of the guardians were busy doing their personal work lives, they would all receive calls from their wrist watches to arrive to the Guardians HQ.
Revelation[]

All of the Guardians of the Globe arrives at the headquarters.
As all of the guardians arrived, Immortal questioned Darkwing who arrived last of this discrete meetup. But Darkwing didn't know either, and the guardians began suspect a trap, that's when Red Rush noticed a shadowy figure aiming to hit Immortal, but Red Rush saved him just in time, but the figure then reveals himself to be, Omni-Man. War Woman shouts and is the first of the Guardians to attack Omni-Man. Omni-Man takes a few hits from Darkwing, Aquarius, and Red Rush before catching him by his wrist and horrifically crushing his skull while the other Guardians watch in shock and terror.

Omni-Man used Green Ghost's corpse to shield himself from Aquarius's attacks.
In a combined attack, Martian Man restrains Nolan, while War Woman and Immortal begin to attack him. Omni-Man frees himself continues to progressively overpower and further slaughter them, smashing Darkwing's head against the floor, forcing his body to release a large amount of blood, and then distracting Green Ghost who catches her colleague's corpse, long to drive his fist through Green Ghost's. He uses her body as a shield against Aquarius's attack and, after dealing with War Woman's heavy strike, kills him with her mace. An enraged Martian Man once again traps and subdues Omni-Man briefly while the two remaining Guardians, The Immortal and War Woman, batter him, drawing whole puddles of blood. Eventually, Omni-Man rips Martian Man's core to pieces, punches a hole through The Immortal's stomach, and breaks War Woman's neck.

Omni-Man stands victorious upon slaughtering all of the Guardians.
The last Guardian to live, The Immortal stares at him, still conscious, and, weakly, yet decidedly asks him what drove him to commit the rampage. Omni-Man, without responding, decapitates him and, heavily injured, collapses himself in exhaustion among the remains of his betrayed friends.
