Phase Two is an experiment created after Phase One without Dr. Brandyworth's input, considered a failure. He was released, along with Phase Three and Four, to capture Atom Eve, but failed, dissolving in her arms.

Backstory[]
Phase Two was born alongside with his three younger sisters after his older sister was born. Rodgers would inject him so he can concentrate on his main form. Phase Two try to concentrate but failed, Rodgers said him to concentrate but he said he was trying. Until Steven Erickson appears and said that he can keep his skin old bones, Rodgers said that his abilities are impressive. But Steven does not want it impressive, he wanted his abilities to change reality. Rodgers would command Phase Two to go back to his stasis-pod so he cannot stay outside for longer, so Phase Two would walk back to his stasis-pod.
