Riley is a last minute character that appears in Season 2.

Appearance[]

Riley has short, slightly messy dark brown or black hair. Dark-colored eyes that match her hair. She wears a practical outfit suited for traveling possibly a fitted jacket or armor-like top, along with pants and boots. Riley has a boxy physique, perhaps due to her strength.

Personality[]

Despite possessing a gloomy aura, she does care for those around her like her friend Jane, as she was more than willing to protect her against Ka-Hor. Having gained her power from a young age, she exhibits feminist tendencies, as proven when she was insulted by Ka-Hor's remarks.

History[]

Background[]

Riley's life before she met Jane is unknown, except she was born from a maternal family with latent abilities, strength such as lifting objects that regular humans cannot on their own.

Facing Ka-Hor[]

Rileycakelift

Jane lifts a door for Riley.

In 2023, Riley along with Jane rediscovered Ka-Hor's temple and with the latter's strength, were able to enter the temple but stuck inside. Riley says they will find another way and the go deeper into the tomb. They soon find Zaeim's corpse, and Ka-Hor comes back to life, but he quickly points out that they are both female and claims he needs a male body to be resurrected. The two women appear insulted by this and Riley calls him sexist.

Riley&Janetrapped

Jane & Riley hear rumbling sounds, that unbeknownst to them will cause their entrapment within the temple.

All three of them then hear a large rumble, and luckily Invincible who was engulfed with anger and depression, flies through Egypt again and inadvertently causes yet another sandstorm which entraps the duo with Ka-Hor.

Invincible War[]

Several months later, during the Invincible War, both Jane and Riley finally got out of the temple. Riley was able to survive longer inside the tomb and was in better condition compared to Jane, whom Riley had to carry as she climbed the two of them out. Ka-Hor exclaimed he was happy to be rid of the two and Riley pointed how his people must have imprisoned him for a good reason, calling him a misogynist jerk. She carried a very weak Jane out of the temple and reassured her that she would live.

Powers and Abilities[]

  • Superhuman Strength: Riley possesses strength from generational family ability by her grandmother's side, higher than that of the average human, though it is not an immense amount. She has stated that she is able to lift a truck but only a small one. However, her personal stamina in that respect leaves much to be desired, as seen when she failed to lift up a stone door that she succeeded in raising halfway open from mere seconds ago.
  • Superhuman Survivability: Riley was able to survive trapped in Ka-Hor's tomb without food or water for an extended amount amount of time, and emerged not showing any noticeable debilitation.
