Rose is one of the innocent victims of Machine Head.
Along with Kevin and other families who live in the block owned by Machine Head, she is a victim of Machine Head plans to burn their apartment for insurance money.
Kevin asks Titan who did they ever did to him. She stands behind Kevin asking him to leave Titan alone. Titan approach Kevin, Rose, and the other families and tells them that there's a place on Third and Parklake, saying that they will put them up for a few weeks and offer them some cash money.
Rose is seen later at the Beckwell Community Center for homeless people having a warm meal, Amber Bennett tells her that the veggies are nice and soft tonight, and that she made sure of it. Rose thanks her.
