At some point in his life, Salamander would gain his abilities and join the Lizard League.
Hijacking a Facility[]
Green Ghost I push Salamander into the floor, and leaves him stuck.
Salamander hijacks a facility, following the commands of his leader Queen Lizard. He along with the other members, are ordered to search the facility for a serum. Their hijacking would be rudely interrupted by The Immortal, War Woman, Aquarus, Black Samson, and Green Ghost I. His comrades would fight the heroes, causing them to struggle a bit until the arrival of Omni-Man. After his arrival, they were quickly defeated as their plans were thwarted.
Snake Invasion[]
At some point, Salamander would partake in an operation to turn all humans into snakes, on the behest of King Lizard. Their plans would be thwarted when the new Guardians of the Globe arrive and defeated them swiftly. Despite their defeat, they were still able to cause some civilian casualties and turn some people into snakes due to the new Guardians' lack of coordination. Possibly due to this incident, his leader would get arrested by the Global Defense Agency, leaving the league inactive for a short period of time.
Return of the Lizard King[]
Salamander would get back in action after Supreme Lizard took over as the newest leader in the Lizard League, under his command, Salamander and the rest of the League would hit a bio research lab right before being interrupted by Shapesmith posing as the Guardians of the Globe before the actual Guardians show up. Salamander and the rest of the League would once again get defeated by the Guardians.
After the embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Guardians, Salamander stands in front of the league along with the rest of his comrades as Supreme Lizard gives a speech for the Lizard League, trying to motivate them after being defeated. As they unenthusiastically chant whatever he said, Supreme Lizard gets shot in the head by none other than King Lizard himself who came back to reclaim his position.

Missile Silo[]
In Wyoming, Iguana was sent to bring forth the Lizard League and the King. She slayed two grunts before summoning them, however one of them in their dying breath, presses the alarm, which was King Lizard's plan. As they are locked within the facility, Komodo Dragon asks the plan, to which King Lizard announces they have the upperhand, that is until Iguana notices a door open, the Guardians (Rex Splode, Dupli-Kate and Shrinking Rae) attack. Salamander fights with Shrinking Rae. While Komodo Dragon kills Dupli-Kate and Komodo Dragon and Iguana fight Rex Splode. Shrinking Rae then shrinks and goes through Salamander's eye before killing him.
