Sam was a small time robber along with his friend.
History[]
Nothing is known about Sam's life, except he was a small time crook working for an unknown boss, and had a friend.
In Midnight City, Sam and his accomplice tries try breaking into a building. When he manage to open a door with a crowbar, his accomplice mutters about Darkwing.
Sam tells his friend not to worry about Darkwing and that he can't be everywhere. Sam's Friend points his finger at Darkwing. Sam tries to hit Darkwing with the crowbar, gets punched and Darkwing puts Magnetic handcuffs on his hands which pulls him to the water tanks. Darkwing also catches his accomplice and tells them that he knows what's in the building they want to rob known, and who wants what is there. He asks them about their boss and Sam replies to Darkwing asking if they look like rats to him.
Darkwing gets called and tells them he would check with them the next day before leaving in his jet. They are left hanging on the water tanks. After this, Darkwing died at the hands of Omni-Man.
Roughly a year after Darkwing's death and a month after Omni-Man's exile, Invincible arrived to Midnight City, as he flew into the city, Sam and his friend's skeletal corpses were seen, indicating they were never freed from the water tanks and died of starvation and dehydration.

- Crowbar: Sam used a crowbar to pry open a door, and later tried to use the same crowbar to hurt Darkwing but failed.

- Sam's physical appearance resembles YouTuber and Gamer, Darksyde Phil, DspGaming for short.
- It remains unknown what exactly Sam and his friend were looking for and who he was working for, some rumors at the time believed it was possibly Machine Head they were working for.[1]
