Urath was a planet, that Allen was supposed to check on.

Background[]
Almost nothing is known about Urath, other than it is a planet with a very similar appearance and name to Earth.
The Coalition of Planets learned Urath could be a potential planet for assisting against the Viltrum Empire and sent Allen to periodically evaluate it. However, Allen failed to find the right planet and instead ventured to Earth because of the similar sounding names. During these times, he would battle Omni-Man, believing him to be his opponent for his evaluations and unaware that he was a Viltrumite.
When Allen came to Earth once more after being requested for evaluation by Urath, he would duel with Invincible instead. The fight was interrupted when Allen realized Invincible did not know what was going on. He would explain that was sent to evaluate Urath, only for Invincible to point out that this was Earth. Allen was left surprised from this and dejectedly expected he would be in a lot of trouble, though he still thanked Invincible and left.
Following this, Allen would return to Talescria to inform the Coalition that he was unable to find Urath and when he revealed that he had been going to Earth, they were very upset. Allen would learn from the Coalition that Earth was off-limits due it being targeted for domination by the Viltrum Empire with an agent being present on the planet. He would rush back to Earth to warn Invincible, only to find out from him that much had happened since he was last there. Invincible and Allen agreed to keep in contact from then on.
