Vanessa is a minor character in Invincible, debuting from Season 1 and onwards. She is the wife of Titan and mother of Fiona.

Personality[]
Vanessa is depicted as a devoted spouse and a loving mother who desires only the finest for her family. She shows annoyance at her husband's inability to exit the crime world but wholeheartedly accepts it when he takes over Machine Head's influence and joins her as a partner in the enterprise.

Background[]
At some point of her life, she met Titan and the two got married, and had a child named Fiona. She was always angry at her husband's choice of living, and prompted him to leave it behind him.

Vanessa correctly guesses her husband, Titan's failure in leaving Machine Head's business.
When Titan arrives at home Fiona tells her that Titan got her text to buy her butterscotch ripple ice cream, which she say that they are still have service. She asks Titan if they are not out of Machine Head's business, which Titan says that it's not that simple, which upsets her.
Vanessa and her husband, Titan and daughter, Fiona move to their new home.
Later, Vanessa and Fiona are seen getting outside the Beckwell Community Center and meet with Titan; Fiona rushes to him but faints. They both are seen later at the Beckwell Community Center again having a warm meal. Following Machine Head's defeat, Vanessa and Fiona reach Machine Head's penthouse during the night. Highlighting how they are now the new crime family of Chicago.

Vanessa questions her husband, Titan on the situation.
One year after assuming leadership of Machine Head's organization, Vanessa became her spouse's business partner as she inspired him to grow his business in the eastern part of Chicago. After discovering that Mister Liu had seen their daughter Fiona at school, Titan instructed Vanessa to supervise Fiona until he addressed the new threat, which he managed successfully, enabling Fiona to return to her peaceful life.
